Healy is in his 18th season in charge of the Eagles and directed the squad to its third consecutive WIAC championship this year. He claimed the coaching prize for the fifth time in his career after also winning in 1999, 2002, 2005 and 2007. # # # # #

MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-La Crosse women’s outdoor track and field head coach Pat Healy has been named the 2009 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Coach of the Year, based on a vote of the league coaches.
