RELEASED: Saturday, November 15, 2008 Titans Earn Spot In NCAA Women’s Volleyball Quarterfinals
The Titans (40-2) will face Juniata College (Pa.) (32-4) at the Shirk Center in Bloomington, Ill., Nov. 20. The quarterfinal appearance for UW-Oshkosh is the first since the 1996 campaign when they reached the national semifinals. It also represents the ninth straight year a team from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has reached the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III Championship. # # # # #

MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh earned a spot in the quarterfinals of the 2008 NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship with a thrilling 25-23, 25-19, 16-25, 20-25, 15-10 victory over Carthage College at Kolf Sports Center Nov. 15.
