Week of Oct. 27 - Nov. 2
Gretchen Schroer, Senior (Eau Claire/North), Outside Hitter of UW-Stout
Schroer was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Bob and Steve's BP Amoco Challenge held at UW-River Falls. UW-Stout won the tournament title sweeping UW-Eau Claire and Gordon (Mass.) and beating UW-Platteville and Bethel (Minn.) in four games. In 15 games played, she had 55 kills, 37 digs and six blocks while achieving a .333 hitting percentage.

Laura Wagner, Junior (West Bend/West), Middle Hitter of UW-La Crosse
Wagner was named to the UW-La Crosse Halloween Classic All-Tournament Team in helping lead the Eagles to a 4-0 record. She averaged 4.77 kills, 2.08 digs and 1.62 blocks in 13 games. Wagner finished with a .429 hitting percentage in the tournament and had double-digit kills in all four matches, including 19 against Augustana (Ill.).

Kristin Brandt, Senior (Woodbury, Minn.), Middle Hitter of UW-River Falls
Brandt led UW-River Falls to road wins over conference foes UW-Platteville and No. 13-ranked UW-La Crosse to put themselves in position to tie for the conference title for the second consecutive season. In seven games played, she tallied 20 kills and hit .562. She added 11 blocks for a 1.5 blocks per game average and five service aces.

Week of Oct. 6 - 12
Brooke Wozniak-Schmidt, Senior (Stanley/Stanley-Boyd), Middle Hitter of UW-Eau Claire
Wozniak-Schmidt had a huge impact in UW-Eau Claire's 31-33, 30-21, 30-28, 30-28 victory over fifth-ranked UW-River Falls on Wednesday, October 8 in Eau Claire. She totaled 13 kills, but more importantly shut down the powerful Falcon offense with her blocking ability at the net with nine block assists in just four games to tie the school's all-time block assist mark with 253 in her career. The win over the Falcons gave UW-Eau Claire head coach Lisa Herb her 700th career victory.

Week of Sept. 29 - Oct. 5
Rachel Kreuser, Junior (Stevens Point/SPASH), Middle Hitter of UW-La Crosse
Kreuser led UW-La Crosse to a 5-0 record during the week, which included a 3-2 victory over No. 7 ranked UW-Whitewater on the road and capturing the UW-La Crosse Invitational championship. In five matches, she tallied 63 kills, 34 blocks and a .323 hitting percentage in 17 games played. In the win over UW-Whitewater, she totaled 12 kills, 11 digs and seven blocks as the Eagles beat the Warhawks for the first time since 1994.

Michelle Stanislawski, Junior (Milwaukee/Thomas More), Setter of UW-Whitewater
Stanislawski led sixth-ranked UW-Whitewater to a 5-0 record during the week, including three wins over AVCA Division III top 25-ranked opponents. For the week, she averaged 12.80 assists, 3.93 digs and 1.00 blocks per game. In a five-game win over 22nd-ranked Simpson (Iowa), she totaled 55 assists, 20 digs and four blocks.

Elissa Hansen, Senior (West Bend/West), Rightside Hitter of UW-La Crosse
Hansen posted outstanding numbers for the week as UW-La Crosse started their WIAC slate with road wins over UW-Superior and UW-Eau Claire. In a 3-0 win over UW-Superior she tabulated 15 kills and 13 digs and added 18 kills and 15 digs in a 3-1 win over UW-Eau Claire. In the two matches she hit .296, and averaged 4.71 kill per game and 4.0 digs per game. She also added eight assists, four blocks and two service aces in seven games played.

Week of Sept. 8 - 14
Amanda Delgadillo, Senior (West Allis/Hale), Leftside Hitter of UW-Oshkosh
Delgadillo was named the most valuable player at the St. Thomas (Minn.) Invitational held September 12-13 in St. Paul, Minn. Leading the Titans to a 4-0 record at the tournament, Delgadillo amassed 72 kills, 77 digs and hit .316 in the 14 games played. Against previously unbeaten Carleton (Minn.), she had 21 kills and 22 digs in a three-game sweep of the Knights. Battling unbeaten and 12th-ranked St. Thomas (Minn.), she led the Titans with 23 kills and 26 digs in a five-game upset of the Tommies.

Week of Sept. 1 - 7
Melissa Tvrdik, Senior (Farwell, Minn./Minnewaska Area), Middle Hitter of UW-River Falls
Tvrdik led UW-River Falls a 4-0 record and the tournament title at the Lakeland Invitational held Sept. 5-6 in Sheboygan. Named most valuable player of the tournament, Tvrdik had 59 kills, hit .440, and added 27 digs and 12 blocks in 15 games played. During the event UW-River Falls defeated Elmhurst (Ill.), the sixth-ranked team in the country and Lakeland, which gave Falcons' head coach Patti Ford her 300th career college win.

Amanda Delgadillo, Senior (West Allis/Hale), Leftside Hitter of UW-Oshkosh
Delgadillo was named to the six-person all-tournament team at the Elmhurst (Ill.) Invitational held Aug. 29-30 in Elmhurst, Ill. UW-Oshkosh went 3-1 in the tournament to tie 10th-ranked Elmhurst (Ill.) and top-ranked Washington (Mo.) for first place. Washington (Mo.) was awarded the overall championship on a tie-breaker. In 15 games, Delgadillo averaged 5.47 kills and 4.73 digs per game. She also contributed a .289 hitting percentage, nine service aces and six blocks. In a 3-1 win over Elmhurst (Ill.), Delgadillo totaled 23 kills and 21 digs.
