Singles
Kara Theis, Junior (Greendale), of UW-Whitewater
Theis went 2-0 at No. 3 singles during the week, defeating UW-Eau Claire's Liz Deprey (6-0, 7-5) on October 14 and UW-La Crosse's Erica Schmelzer (7-5, 6-4) on October 15 to improve her record at No. 3 singles to 11-1 overall and 6-0 in the WIAC. She also claimed the top seed for the WIAC Tournament.

Fekete and Braun teamed to win both of their No. 3 doubles matches this week. The duo defeated Tiffany Dawson and Jen Stamm of UW-Whitewater, 8-6, and Mindy Rudiger and Danielle Huper of UW-River Falls, 8-1. Fekete and Braun are now 13-3 overall, including 6-0 in the conference. The duo helped lead UW-La Crosse to an undefeated fall dual season, finishing 7-0 overall and 6-0 in the WIAC.

Kuzma went 3-0 during the week at No. 1 singles against conference opponents without losing a set. She defeated UW-River Falls' Megan Knobloch (6-3, 6-3) on October 4, UW-Stevens Point's Cathy Thornburg (6-2, 6-2) on October 7 and UW-Oshkosh's Michelle Baur (6-1, 6-2) on October 8.

Woyahn and Stamm went 3-0 on the week at No. 3 doubles, including a win against a NCAA Division I opponent. The duo defeated UW-Stevens Point's Alison Popple and Sarah O'Melia, 8-3, on October 3. On October 8, they upended UW-River Falls' Danielle Huper and Mindy Rudiger, 8-4, and UW-Milwaukee's Traci Litscher and Erin Febler 8-4.

Tellefsen went 3-0 at No. 2 singles in three conference matches during the week. She defeated Cory Salo of UW-Oshkosh (6-2, 6-0), Kristie Carlson of UW-Eau Claire (7-5, 6-4) and Nicole Hayek of UW-Stout (6-0, 6-1). UW-La Crosse recorded 9-0 victories in all three matches.

Angie Riedel, Junior (Wauwatosa/East), of UW-La Crosse
Riedel advanced to the quarterfinals of the ITA Midwest Regional Championships at Gustavus Adolphus (Minn.) held September 23-25. She defeated Maya Lipart of Grinnell (Iowa) in the first round (6-2, 6-0); Jenna Morris of Cornell (Iowa) in the second round (5-7, 6-4, 6-2) and Jenni White of Gustavus Adolphus (Minn.) in the third round (6-1, 6-2) before falling to Lauren Hom of Gustavus Adolphus in the quarterfinals (6-0, 6-3). Riedel improved to 10-1 on the season with her 3-1 performance during the weekend.

Kuzma and Geissler went 3-2 at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships at Gustavus Adolphus (Minn.) held September 23-25. The duo lost their final match in a tie-breaker 9-8 (9-7), making them the consolation runner-up for the tournament.

Knobloch recorded a pair of wins at No. 1 singles during the weekend, beating opponents from St. Scholastica (Minn.) and St. Mary's (Minn.). She defeated her St. Scholastica adversary, 6-3, 6-2, and her St. Mary's foe 6-3, 6-1.

Riedel and Schmelzer teamed to win the No. 1 doubles flight at the UW-La Crosse Invitational. The duo went 3-0 in the tournament. They defeated Angie Brown/Cathy Thornburg of UW-Stevens Point (8-0) in the opening round and teammates Louie Dubinski/Julie Tellefsen (8-2) in the semifinals. Riedel/Schmelzer then defeated teammates Erin Fekete/Debbie Braun in the championship match (8-6).

Schmelzer won the No. 2 singles title at the UW-Whitewater Invitational on September 10. She went 3-0 at the tournament, defeating Angela Brown of UW-Stevens Point, 6-2, 6-3, in the championship match. Schmelzer also upended Maggie Seitz of UW-Whitewater and Alli Taplin of UW-Eau Claire in the tournament.

Carlson and Geissler went 4-0 this weekend, winning a dual match against Milwaukee School of Engineering and earning first place at No. 1 doubles in the UW-Whitewater Invitational. At the UW-Whitewater Invitational, the duo won their first and second round matches at No. 1 doubles en route to the championship match against UW-La Crosse's Louie Dubinski and Julie Tellefsen, coming back to win 2-6, 7-6 (8-6), 6-2.
