RELEASED: Monday, November 9, 2009 NCAA Division III Championship Printable Bracket UW-Stevens Point To Face St. Thomas In NCAA Women’s Soccer
The Pointers (15-3-1) and Tommies (13-5-1) will meet at Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill., on Nov. 14, with the winner advancing to meet either Augustana (18-1-1) or Albion College (Mich.) (9-4-5) in the second round on Nov. 15. The Pointers claimed an automatic bid into the 63-team field by winning the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) tournament. UW-Stevens Point is making its third consecutive and WIAC-leading 14th NCAA appearance in program history. The Pointers own an all-time mark of 13-13-1 in postseason competition. # # # # #
