The quartet broke a 25-year old school record in winning the 4x800-meter relay at the Drake Relays.  Their time of 7:31.00 was 0.38 seconds faster than the second-place finisher and is the best performance in the country this season.

Drewek won the pole vault at the Drake Alternative on April 25 in St. Peter, Minn., with a NCAA Division III provisional mark of 16-0 3/4.  He also added a second-place finish in the long jump with a leap of 21-0 1/2..

Willy KaulWilly Kaul, Senior (Menomonee Falls), of UW-Oshkosh
Kaul set a school record in the 10,000-meter run as UW-Oshkosh captured the team title at the Wheaton College (Ill.) Twilight Invitational on April 18.  He ran to a first-place time of 29:38.85 to surpass the field of 14 competitors.  His performance broke a three-year-old record and eclipsed the automatic qualifying standard for the NCAA Division III Championship.  Kaul’s time is the best in the NCAA Division III this season.  UW-Oshkosh won the seven-team meet with 243 points.

Riley won the shot put (58-4 3/4) and discus throw (177-0) at the Phil Esten Challenge on April 17.  He automatically qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship in both events and posted the top performance in the country in both disciplines.  UW-La Crosse earned the team title in the seven-team meet with 256.50 points.

Vincent won the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:38.03 at the Nike/Impact Sports UW-Platteville Invitational on April 10.  He provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship with his performance.

Competing at the Nike/Impact Sports UW-Platteville Invitational on April 10, Johnson provisionally qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship in the hammer throw.  His fling of 179-9 won the event by more than three feet over the second-place finisher.

Riley won the discus throw (173-7) and shot put (55-2 3/4) at the Wartburg College Select Meet on April 3-4.  He automatically qualified for the NCAA Division III Championship in the discus, while provisionally qualifying in the shot put.
