MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men’s outdoor track and field head coach Josh Buchholtz has been named the 2009 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Coach of the Year, based on a vote of the league coaches.
